A rain of arrows,
Poisoned arrows,
Falls onto your disarmed
warrior’s chest.
Heart of target
On your wounded breast.
So young, staggered.
Where’s the arrow coming from?
Who’s the archer?

My Amazon,
What bothers you…
Your wounded body, your scar,
Don’t change anything to what I love.
Your DNA, oh my Eden
Erogenous Amazon,
Erotic Amazon…
My Amazon, you’re just the same.

Rain of arrows,
Raging battle.
So many, many chests
pierced in turns.
Don’t let yourselves die,
Let us love you.
So many strings to your bows
Single-breasted huntresses
Heroic Amazons,
In my eyes,
You haven’t changed.

What bothers you…
Your wounded body, your scar,
Don’t change anything to what I love.
Your matrix, my Eden.
Erogenous Amazon,
Erotic Amazon…
My Amazon, you’re just the same.

My Amazons,
What bothers you…
Your wounded bodies, your scars,
Don’t change anything to what is loved.
Your realm is our Eden.
Erogenous Amazons,
Erotic Amazons…
My Amazons, you are unique.
Amazons, I love you.

SERENDIPITY x storyspaces

Our film, Serendipity had a great run in 2019, in festivals and movie theaters in the US and in France.

We're so grateful for the reactions of our viewers - women, patients, doctors, cancer survivors - who have found comfort and support through the film. They inspire us to continue spreading Serendipity’s message of hope and resilience.

To that end, we would like to invite you to host & curate your own screening of Serendipity, by joining a screening series launched with storyspaces, a film distribution impact agency. We are reaching out to medical, education and arts communities to build more bridges between them.

How to host your screening ?

1. Create an account here on storyspaces platform
2. Click “Host a screening” and enter requested information
3. You will be asked to pay a reduced licensing fee of 50$, which will be used to fund our "Serendipity Journal," an anthology sharing day-to-day experience of life with cancer, treatment and recovery.
4. Invite your audience and curate your event
5. Use the resources (Discussion Guide, Artist Statement, and more) to supplement your event.

When to host your screening?

> At the date that works for your audience!
> All screening requests must be made by March 20, 2020. The screenings themselves can occur through June 2020.

Where to host your screening?

> At any place that works for your audience!
> A private screening room/theater, conference room, classroom, auditorium, lecture hall, co-working space etc. We invite you to be creative, and encourage you to screen on a big screen.

Questions ?

> If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact Olivia at olivia@story-spaces.com.

Let’s work hand in hand to share the story of Serendipity for those in need of healing, support, love, and art !
